As a recent college graduate, I know how to work hard. I earned a bachelor degree, BS in Marine Biology from UC Santa Cruz, where I took many science and math classes. I do not have any experience in tutoring, but I have been a mentor to kids in other jobs I have had.
In the job I had where I mentored kids, it was a program called Lil Kickers. This program was for kids 3-10 years old where they were taught how to listen to instructions and communicate with one another. A Little Bit About Me...

During my undergrad studies, I began tutoring with children (usually 1-2 at a time) from pre-school age with phonics and sight reading until the present time with reading, writing, math, science and history. I have also worked in a private girls school as an After School Study Hall teacher for Grades 5-8 and presently I am a Substitute teacher for Grades K-6 in a self-contained classroom.
