I have been told that my classroom does not need a teacher's desk. This is probably due to my high energy, fact paced teaching style. I love using music and technology to get the students interested. I also like to relate English to their lives and show them how they need it. Each subject would be made as visible or concrete as possible, so that the student could interact with the material on more than just a visual/conceptual level.
