Math is life!

I love math, and I find so much excitement in making other people love math. I will be a senior in high school this upcoming year, and i will be taking Calculus 3. Since every subject in may builds upon the previous one, I think it s safe to say I have mastered almost everything from Algebra 1 to Calculus AB. Nothing makes me happier than having others understand math because of how I explained it.
Two ways: One, where I guide the student giving little hints and trying to make them think through the problem themselves. Two, how I learn better, is by seeing the problem done and seeing how all the steps are carried out, and then doing a second, similar problem by oneself.

I began tutoring mathematics when I was still a student and this allows me to relate to the students. During the past three years I have tutored a wide range of mathematic subjects ranging from high school geometry and algebra to college differential equations. Three teachers impacted my life not only as a result of the content of their classes but in their delivery. All three approached learning as an adventure. Even though the topics ranged from sixth grade mathematics to fluid dynamics each teacher keyed their presentation on the reception of the students. If the first presentation didn’t get the topic across an alternative presentation was made, often in a humorous vein. Students were never allowed to feel inadequate. Many of the students I trained were sent by their employers. So often, the student’s frame of mind wasn’t the most open to the learning experience. A Little Bit About Me...

In my experience as a musician, I have found that teaching a subject I love can really inspire students to excel. It's necessary to spread our knowledge to others. My specialty is music, but I love to teach in general because kids need good mentors. Each child is different so I use an individualized approach to my teaching styles.
