My principle idea of teaching is that no one learns the same. Having tutored a wide variety of students taught me that I have to be flexible and adaptive in explaining the subject. This allows me to adapt to the student I am tutoring in order to help them achieve their desired goal in understanding the subject.
I began tutoring mathematics when I was still a student and this allows me to relate to the students. Even though the topics ranged from sixth grade mathematics to fluid dynamics each teacher keyed their presentation on the reception of the students.
