I enjoy working with youth and take pride in assisting them with confidence building as well as real life applications for learning and adjusting. I realize and understand there are different learning styles and try to apply the best teaching style for the maximum benefit of the person I am assisting. My teaching pattern would be to explain the issue or subject, show the person I am assisting or tutoring how to complete it, have the person explain back to me how to complete the problem and finally to have them complete the problem alone.
