My comments on tutoring Geometry : Successfully guided several students through online Geometry courses

I believe that all students can and will achieve academic success given appropriate instruction; i.e., instruction that is differentiated according to students' specific needs, learning styles, interests, and personal goals. Hands on with many examples. I feel students learn best through examples.
I've had a passion for math ever since I was little, which led me to pursue a degree in Actuarial Science. I've taken pretty much every math class that I can think of. From Pre-Algebra to Calculus III, Statistics, Linear Algebra, Differential and Partial Differential Equations, etc. A professor of mine once said that we tend to not like what we can't understand, and there is huge truth behind his quote.
