Every student can learn.

I have some experience in tutoring in general. I have tutored fellow students who played the flute, I have also tutored fellow students on reading and spelling. I have a brother with a learning disability so I spent my entire adolescence helping him with his school assignments and helping him with his reading disability.
I work with the students making them feel comfortable, never making the feel overwhelmed but enough work that they are working on the assignments that I give them. There is never any passing or failing, there is only learning. I welcome questions, I actually prefer a student to ask me 800 questions then not understand a topic that we will be covering.

I started teaching chemistry in 1964. During my child-raising years, I did a lot of substitute teaching in various subjects, and worked at part-time and temporary classroom teaching and tutoring. My longest position was at University of Massachusetts, Lowell campus, (1993 through 2004, before moving to Florida), teaching 3 different levels of Freshman Chemistry. I have tutored chemistry, math, and biology in Florida since 2007, as an employee of Advanced Learning Center, St. Petersburg, until 2011, and independently to the present time. I have many years of experience in Math, Physics Science. I have earned a Master's degree and 2 Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
