I have worked as a financial analyst and sr. plant accountant for fortune 500 companies for over 20 yrs. I believe the biggest key to learning is finding a way for students to relate to the information. Getting to know the student and relating thier interests to the material at hand is key to making a connection. I also believe it is critical to remain positive and supportive with students.
