My comments on tutoring Testing Strategies : I have a PhD in Educational Leadership, a master's in English, and have taught at a four-year university and a two-year college. I have also worked with HS students in college preparation skills.

I believe in working with students, not talking at them. I ask lots of questions and make sure students retain the information and can apply it to the real world.
I have experience teaching at a two-year university and a two-year college, in composition, communications, and public speaking. A Little Bit About Me...

I received a double major in English and Religion at Presbyterian College. I tutored for three years at Thornwell home for children. I have one year experience working specifically with K5-5th grade. I have two years experience working with multi-grade groups. I am proficient in English as well as moderate in Science and Math, with History being my weakest subject.

After two years of that, I started a school within a school for at-risk students. The last two years of my career I helped to pilot and then implement single gender classrooms school-wide. A Little Bit About Me...

As a graduate student earning a Master's degree, I have always worked very hard. In high school, I graduated with honors and throughout the journey of both degrees, I have always maintained at least a 3.5 GPA. I have always excelled in math.
