A Little Bit About Me...

My comments on tutoring Elementary Reading : Elementary level reading struggles have no age limit. They are basic reading skills that if missed can cause struggles in all areas of life. I identify reading weaknesses, as well as learning style strengths, of which I then create a plan to increase reading abilities.

Teaching reading to students of all ages is and has been my love in education. I have been a reserve teacher for the last five years in the Dayton public School system. I teacher basic education from grade k-12, but my best subject is k-3 and I am getting my certify license in early childhood education at Central State. I just got done with my student teaching and that was very educational for me because it was just about what I was already doing in teaching but it let me know that I was doing what I had learning in school.
