Experience Summary
I have been teaching for 29 years of teaching; 9 years as a classroom teacher (grades 2-8) and 20 years as a reading specialist (grades K-6). I am an Orton-Gillingham Certified Educator and have worked with many dyslexic students. As a reading specialist I work with struggling readers to improve their phonological awareness, phonics, comprehension, fluency, writing about reading, and vocabulary.
