I have worked in school setting since 2003. During my time before teaching I had the opportunity to work one on one, push in and pull out to work with multiple students, substitute teaching in classroom, assist principal in disciplining students from the bus, classroom, etc... I believe in a constructivist approach to education. Stusents come with prior knowledge of topics. My goal is to get those students to connect prior knowledge with new information. I also believe that there are mltiple ways that students learn. They can have multiple intelligences in several areas, such as artistic, kinesthetic, or visual and spatial. A Little Bit About Me...

This particular position interests me because I struggled with math through middle school and understand the frustration it can create for a student. Mathematics is now my strongest subject and I chose the profession of accounting to utilize those strengths.
