I spent one year as a day to day substitute teacher working all over York County in various special education classrooms. I am an extremely competent beader using off-loom techniques like: right-angle weave, peyote stitch, herringbone, bead crochet, etc. I taught several individuals to bead crochet, which is quite difficult. A 30+ year career in the field of Graphics and Design that included a directorship managing several graphics and reproduction departments. In working for the University of Kentucky I was responsible for varied assignments such as audio and video manipulation, web design, and teaching as well as digital illustrations and CD-ROM development. In my most recent job I designed marketing pieces, packaging labels, business cards, and checked art provided by customers to ready it for printing. I am now working on a Web Design certificate from DCAD.
