A 30+ year career in the field of Graphics and Design that included a directorship managing several graphics and reproduction departments. In working for the University of Kentucky I was responsible for varied assignments such as audio and video manipulation, web design, and teaching as well as digital illustrations and CD-ROM development. In my most recent job I designed marketing pieces, packaging labels, business cards, and checked art provided by customers to ready it for printing. I am now working on a Web Design certificate from DCAD.

Creative Arts	This is one of my top subjects! Proficiency: Experienced
I am an extremely competent beader using off-loom techniques like: right-angle weave, peyote stitch, herringbone, bead crochet, etc. I taught several individuals to bead crochet, which is quite difficult.

I have a Fine Arts degree from the University of Maryland and have been doing some form of artwork all of my life.

I have a Graphic Design Certificate from DCAD and a 30+ career in the field of Graphics. Taught several classes at the University of Kentucky - one was a graduate level course in Multimedia for Special Educators. Also tutored and individual who suffered a stroke to relearn his job using graphic programs. He won the state rehabilitation award that year and credited me with his success.
