My philosophy is to set maintainable goals allowing students to meet them frequently building confidence and motivation. I am structured yet kind. Kids need to feel a connection to their teacher in order to give 100%. I work a great deal on building community in my classroom and allowing kids to appreciate the diversity among themselves.
