American History is one of my top subjects! Able to teach American History, as I am a pending member of two well-known American societies in the mainstream today. My genetic roots go back to the Amer. Revolution under George Washington.

I have over of 30 years of progressive experience in tutoring young children in the elementary years of education in all subject matter areas. My specialty is literacy and reading, but I am also adept in teaching all of the math curricula as well. I also firmly believe that teaching organizational skills and proper research methodologies are very important for the classroom today--and every child needs these skills in order to excel in the classroom and survive. Hello! I am currently a Historian for the U.S. Army. I hold a Bachelors degree in history from George Mason University as well as a Masters in history from the same institution. My last degree was completed in 2010. Since then, I have written professional book reviews published in Military Review Magazine and have three lengthy articles on the American Revolution, African American Women in the Military and the American Red Cross being published in 2012! I have taught overseas for the Department of Defense Dependent Schools.
