The professors who most impressed me were extremely challenging. One exceptional professor jumps out at me. Her passion for teaching was inarguable and her skill was remarkable. She was witty and smart. I remember sitting on the edge of my seat, clenched tight, simultaneously intrigued and terrified. A Little Bit About Me...

I am passionate about teaching and learning, and I love all people. I am an advocate of task-based learning, multiple intelligences, and the all-around inductive/constructivist approach to learning. I am a firm believer in the idea that all people have the same innate capacity to learn, but that this is manifested in different ways. This is particularly important because I beleive a good teacher should be able to discover the individual and specific ways that a student relates or acquires information best (visually, aurally, kinesthetically etc.) and can then take that information and develop appropriate excercises and teaching materials to help maximize that student's learning experience. A Little Bit About Me...

While attending college I was apart of many different study groups. In such study groups we would teach each other the information we needed to learn. Through this I interacted with many students teaching many things in many different styles. When I was in upper level courses I would assist the underclassmen with their homework so that they could grasp the information.
