From this I learned at a very early time in my life that it is crucial to cater to each individual students needs. I am a recent college graduate with a bachelor's degree in TESOL. While a senior in college, I taught an intermediate ESL class for a semester and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also minored in Business/Office Administration and took specialized classes in Windows Vista and Microsoft Office programs. In addition, I have taught beginner and intermediate private piano lessons for two years. I also acquired some experience with special needs when I worked after school as a personal aide to a non-verbal teenage girl with severe autism.
I have taught a variety of skills and ages, from 1st graders in piano lessons to elderly adult immigrants learning the English language.
