I have earned two bachelor degrees, BS in Math and BS in Mechanical Engineering, which has enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math and science. In addition, I have learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing research papers and laboratory reports, along with essays in many various areas of study. I have worked almost continuously at Wichita Collegiate School over the last 8-9 years. During high school I worked in the Early Childhood after-school program and summer programs. Since graduating from Colorado State University I have substituted in multiple age groups and for a variety of course work areas. In addition, I have received an Associates Degree in Elementary Education and am working towards a Teaching License. I completed an unpaid internship at the YMCA of the Ozarks, Camp Lakewood in Missouri. I have worked with a multitude of students in a wide variety of subjects. I feel confidant that I can help students in a wide variety of educational subjects.

I love sharing what I know with my students, from elementary to college levels. I am patient, caring and flexible to work with my students’ individual needs. I believe that reading is the key for the young student to develop a variety of experience and thought. Therefore, I focus on encouraging students to gain exposure through reading a wide range of literature. Reading is also essential to being able to write well, which will open doors to future success. I have earned two degrees. At Georgia Southern University I recieved a B.S. in Nutrition/Food Sciences. While in Statesboro, ga completing my studies I served as an after school tutor for elementary students in the Bulluch County after school program. I recently graduated from Sanford Brown Institute in Atlanta, GA where I earned a degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound Technology. My ultimate goal is to be able to provide nutritional guidance to pregnant mothers in addition to being an ultrasound professional. I have a talent for oral and written communication.
