My comments on tutoring Musical : I have played the piano for over two decades. I have received music theory training, and I have learned to play various instruments such as the trumpet, trombone, saxophone, clarinet, drums, violin, and viola. Also, I also attended dance class for a year.

I have tutored in both Robeson County and Cumberland County for a total of six years. I tutored students in math, reading and science from grades Kindergarten to sixth grade. We also prepared students in grades three through six for the End of the Year test. We taught test taking strategies as well. In addition, I have tutored students that attend college in American Government and World History. I also, tutored in GA for three years. There I tutored various age groups in writing, reading, math, test strategies, and Microsoft Office. Lastly, I currently tutor students of various ages in math, reading, science, social studies, and writing.

A Little Bit About Me...

My goal as a tutor is not to simply give children the answers they need to finish homework assignments. I encourage them to learn independently and strive to achieve their educational goals. I believe that students can educate teachers just as well as teachers can educate students. I try to remain on-the-level with students in order to make them comfortable. I am very animated; yet, at the same time, I know how to get my information across. I try to be a fun and creative person, and I strive to get that across to students.
As a writer, I have a great passion for the English language. I have experience in both literature and writing through my Bachelor's degree.
