I enjoy working with students of all ages and ability levels. I meet them and determine their learning style as well as general abilities. Helping each student to discover his or her strengths is key to success in tutoring each client. Working with classroom teachers or counselors is also very important as communication should be a strong link in the ability to pinpoint areas of need. I recently graduated from college with a BS in Mathematics. Upon entering college, I was a Biomedical Science major, so along with my math skills, I am also experienced in the sciences. I have learned grammatical skills through writing essays and lab reports. As a high school senior, I tutored younger students in math and science.
