I began tutoring in high school then in college, I majored in mathematics to pursue a career in teaching. My career took another direction yet I continued my passion for teaching others through tutoring at local non-profits. Last year, I taught 8th grade math at a local public middle school. My trigonometry teacher had me substitute teach his college algebra and trigonometry courses for him while he away. This was some of the most satisfying work I have ever done.
