A Little Bit About Me...

Although I have been self employed for the last 6 years, I went back to school last year to add Science and Math for middle school to my certification. I passed the Praxis for both of those subjects spring of 2010. I was not able to get a full time teaching position this year. I went back to working for myself but would love to tutor. I have tutored for 3 years while I worked for Tryon Elementary school. I had great success with the students I worked with, in particular concerning math. I am very qualified to work in a tutoring capacity.

English and spelling. Also I teach them about the basics of freehand drawing. We work on line spacing and using geometric designs in their drawing. And using negative space in their drawings.

Art is my passion! In 2008 I obtained a degree in graphic communications at Clemson. My major required creativity to design certain types of print; such as labels, books, t-shirts, and brochures.
