Government is one of my top subjects! Have a Master's degree and teach at a university

I'm very direct and try to lead you to the answers rather than directly giving them to you. I find that students who are given answers don't fully comprehend the material which could hurt them down the road. Additionally, I try to relate the various aspects of government to students by showing them the impact of governmental decisions.
I currently serve as an adjunct professor at one of the Oklahoma City area universities. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and believe I am definately qualified for your needs. Every child can learn, but they don't all learn the same way

I have been teaching for over 10 years. I am currently a second grade teacher. I tutor during the summers and have students of all ages, including middle school and high school. I believe all children can learn. It takes a special teacher to find out how a child learns and create lessons to engage that learning style. What works for one student doesn't always work for every student. I am a loving and positive teacher by nature. I strive to be a teacher that my students will remember for life, because our time was such a positive impact on their success.

I love helping children achieve their educational goals. I am a firm believer in giving back to our communities through helping children that are struggling academically. During my last year of college, I was employed by my university as a science/math tutor. During this year I was able to help students with their science problems of all levels. During my time in college I was involved in reading biomedical research papers.I was able to attract many students interested in the biomedical research field to learn how to read research papers. I was very proud of myself for this due to the high difficulty first year graduate students have reading these papers.
