I have a very fair, effective teaching style that envelopes the idea of the entire classroom as a teaching tool. Using every method to reach every child at his or her own level. When I teach, I feel I am contributing and learning at the same time, this gives me a great feeling of worth. This attitude of worth and self-respect penetrates each student and increases their desire to excel. Grades is not everything attitude, loyalty and trust.
