During my time as a graduate student, I was a teacher of College Algebra, Trigonometry, and of Calculus. Although it took me 15 years to obtain my B.S. in Business Management, I do not view that as a disadvantage. My travels with my military husband enriched my education by enabling me to experience different cultures, and by giving me the opportunity to meet, live among, and work with people of many different backgrounds. As an Electrical Engineering student at Virginia Tech, I tutored other students in all subject matter related to my field. I tutored for three years privately and one year at the Electrical Engineering department tutring center. Since then I have worked for about four years in my field professionaly.
