I have been doing something in music for 30 years. I have a B.A in music from Wright State University which I obtained in 2003. I also have 6 years of private music instruction on various instruments. I have played in several different groups consisting of a wide range of music. I have classical training but I also know how to teach rock, pop, jazz and metal on certain instruments

Excellent, Engish-1st-Language Math, Science & Music teacher

I have been teaching math at the college level for the past 10 years. I have taught pre-algebra, intro to algebra, college algebra, pre-calculus and calculus I at various local universities. At DeVry, the focus was on individual instruction, giving me years of experience helping students one-on-one. I've worked with both high school and college students, both gifted and disadvantaged students, and I believe that the key to being a successful tutor is understanding your student and how he/she learns.
