It is important to take the time and listen to their problems so as to best understand how to achieve a solution. At times learning disabilities or other problems can require creativity in reaching the student. Through my years of working with teenagers I can achieve that creativity. I am a comfortable and relaxed person. I love working with students and helping them achieve academic success. Nothing is better for me than seeing a struggling student find new and exciting success.
