First, I examine what is needed to be helped with. Next, I sit down and ask the student what he or she seems to be struggling with and why. From there I build a lesson plan with the student and give them the tools they need to succeed. I have worked with children with ADHD and aspergers. I am an undergrad at HACC majoring in Biology. I excel in English, math, basic human biology, environmental science, & study skills. I hope to become a high school teacher someday.
