Creative Writing is one of my top subjects! Writing is creativity. At the most basic level we're invited to become aware of and be present with our surroundings, dive deeper into life, and embrace the beauty of it all by writing about it. I've taken classes, studied, and regularly practice the art of creative writing.

I absolutely love to write. I've been a professional tutor throughout the entirety of my collegiate marathon--a lengthy 5.5 years--and have worked with a variety of different students on thousands of diverse papers. From poetry to journalism, research to flash-fiction, there isn't anything I don't love to work on. A lot of students ask, 'Where do I begin?' I prefer a style that empowers the students to take ownership of their work so they will become better thinkers and writers. I prefer discussion-based learning opposed to "lecture-style" teaching where I can interact freely with the student as a peer-tutor. More specifically, I like to use white boards and visual aids in sessions.

IN NEED OF A JOB

I have obtained my GED and have always had straight As in high school. I'm also familiar with construction and building skills. I am a visual learner and will do my best to make the teaching fun.
