I have the natural ability to draw since childhood and keep with it for the sake of enjoyment. I take after the fantasy art style of my favorites (e.g.) Frank Frazetta, Boris Vallejo, John Bama, and Simon Bizley. My teaching style is mostly lecture. However, I always believe what works best is what they taught me in the Navy, that in order to truly learn how to do something then you must "see one, do one, and teach one." It is not just about grades and assignments, that is just the means to an end, but it is about learning.
