As a student at Rollins College, I had the opportunity to serve as a peer mentor to a group of first-year students. I also worked in the writing center and as an editor for a literary journal. My studies in anthropology and experience writing an honors thesis on homelessness taught me to think critically and holistically. A Little Bit About Me...

I use whatever works best for the child and can hold their attention span. It depends largely on the child's age, interests, and whether or not there are any learning, or any other disabilities. All children are capable of learning and enjoying to learn. I believe all children, whether normal developing or special needs deserves the same experiences, just delivered in different ways.
I have worked in both General Education and ESE education. I speak spanish fluently and french, semifluently. I also have some background in American Sign Language. I have also worked with the emotionally disturbed child.
