I've never tutored for money, but I usually help my friends out with homework, school work, ect. I just need the money, so I figured why not tutor? It seems fun. So, I got on here, and viola! Here I am! So. yeah. Not much paid experience, but I'm willing to negotiate on prices!!! I will have the occasional weird times when I will not be available ,thanks to JROTC, but most of the time I'll get out of school at 2:15-ish. I just do what works for the students. I find it easier to teach shyer kids, because that's how I was, but, I'm always up for a challenge!! Also, elementary kids are easier, but again, always up for a challenge! Love working with children to help enhance their reading ability. I have worked through various reading tutor programs such as Freedom School and One on One Learning. I enjoyed every minute of it! It is important for children to master this skill to be able to function in everyday life situations. This program consisted of going to the closest elementary school for an hour a day and be a teachers aid. Therefor, I help any student who was having difficulties.
