I like to teach by example and immersion. So much of what schools preach today is rote memorization, and to a certain degree, this cannot be avoided. But whenever possible, I like to try and find real world applications and demonstrations to get my lessons across to my pupil.
Throughout high school and college, I've always excelled in my school work. I was president of the math club and often tutored my peers during my spare time. The University of Florida has provided me with a well rounded education, and I feel myself knowledgable in many areas, from languages like french, spanish and hindi, to the sciences like chemistry, biology, and physics. A Little Bit About Me...

Retired military officer with over 22 years of active duty service.Presently working as an adjunct consultant with a defense contractor. Served as Department Chair, Leadership Education(JROTC), North Ft. Myers HS Dec 1999 to May 2005. Instructed cadets in all levels of required curriculum(9-12). Mentored students on career options and recruited for the Senior ROTC university programs.
Military style without the stress. I believe in learning through repetion and patience. Do it until you get it right. I believe all children can learn given the proper tools and attention.
