I pride myself on being a very patient, caring person and love seeing children learn and have their eyes opened as to the possibilities that are there for them. I enjoy helping children learn and seeing the light come on for them as they gain understanding and knowledge. My children are grown and I am looking for a way to help younger ones learn, as I have helped my own children learn and grow to their full potential.

A Little Bit About Me...

As a student in Health Science, i.e. Medical Technology, I worked in a genetics laboratory for 14 years learning lab instrumentation, trouble-shooting, cytogenetics and professional etiquette. Lectures as well as public presentations of newly discovered genetic abnormalities was my passion. I truly enjoyed preparing and presenting these exciting talks. In addition, I have a New Mexico teacher's license and am "highly qualified" by the State in Math. I first began tutoring, especially math, in high school and have continued to do so over the years.
