A Little Bit About Me...

As a Spanish Tutor, I was very interested in helping everybody from children to Adults. I have earned a Bachelor Degree in Spanish from Queens College in New York. I also have Master's Credits from Long Island University in Special Education, and Spanish. In addition, I have varied experience from Broadway to Drug and Alcohol Centers. Individualized learning/teaching for optimal comprehension

I take a hands on material approach to learning/teaching. I feel that young students learn best when they can physically interact with the materials, such as through blocks/puzzles/interactive learning devices and other similar approaches. I try to let the student use their hands as much as possible to aid their learning process. For older students such as my high school students or their college counterparts, I use more direct audial teaching and visual teaching styles. Learning Math can be FUN!
