My style is more formal with the beginning students who need a lot of structure and have to do repetitive exercises to beging the process of learning English as a second language. Overall, as the students advance in their knowledge I have them leave the classroom and interview teachers or other people and then they are videotaped and they can write their own material. So the teaching style is more fluid then at the beginning. I have taught in both high school the last 7 years and college for 2 years teaching reading and writing.
