As a graduate of The University of Central Oklahoma, I have been driven to pursue a career in education. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a one on one person when I teach or tutor. I homeschooled my son for one year before sending him to public school and found that to be quite rewarding. When I tutor a student, I like getting to know the student, their experiences and how their perceptions of topics that they will have to write about in the college arena. The reason is not solely for me to learn the student as an individual and help them specifically, but also to allow the student to learn more about themself so that they inevitably learn how to create definitve theses and write coherently. I currently have a bachelors degree in sociology with a minor in elementary education. During the past 4 years and working in the early childhood education industry I realized that many teachers were not getting the proper training that they needed to receive to help the children that they are serving.
