Engaging with the student and getting them interested in the subject is of the utmost importance. If they do not care, they will not do well. Which is why making the student attracted to the subject is my first step. Once engaged, we can have fun with it. I also believe the most successful student is a hands-on student. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a graduate of Clemson University, with a BA in Biological Sciences. I have always enjoyed biology since my first AP class my Junior year of high school. After college graduation I worked for six months in a cancer research lab, which gave me the knowledge of "real life" science and how that effects our lives I have worked as an after school and summer camp counselor which has helped me learn how to relate to them, and teach them material they are learning in school.
