Reading is one of my top subjects! I worked as a teacher in a private school for children with dyslexia. My position was as a Language Fundamentals Teacher and I was trained using the Orton-Gillingham approach to teaching. This is a multi-sensory approach and very highly regarded as a successful approach for children with dyslexia and reading disabilities. Keep Your Child Thinking This Summer!

My special education degree is a BS from Appalachian State University. K-12 cross categorical degree(BEH,EMH and LD)and Master's course work in infant/preschool handicapped.
