I have been a Literacy Coach for 6 years. I am trained in a variety of reading and phonics programs. I have taught grades K-4, reading, and have tutored students Pre-K through 5. I have taught in Florida, Wyoming, and South Carolina. No matter where I have taught, my students have been successful, because I take them from where they are to where they need to go! I make learning fun! I try to make it as practical as possible. I realize I may need to teach a skill in a couple different ways for the student to grasp it.

I have also tutored students all over the US and in other coutries. I have listed all the areas that I am comfortable tutoring. I am willing to teach in a library, in the student's home, on-line, or in another area that is agreed upon by both myself and the parent.
