Experience throughout school, work and personal experience dealing with the mentally challenged and dyslexia. my best friend had a son who was dyslexic and also he had ADD and I got him to trust me in babysitting and I taught him various things. I taught him how to read and write he could not accomplish that on his own. He was 11 at the time and I think with kids you have to be creative to teach them and I am very creative. I also have an aunt who is mentally handicapped, and I love spending time with her she is a very giving person. They teach me and it is always a joy to work with them and give something back.

Education has been an integral part of my life. I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in Business and Accounting and a MBA in Business and Accounting from the University of Phoenix. With my Associates degree, I spent over 12 years working in the accounting field. I developed many accounting skills and talents for which I was not fully recognized. One of the main reasons for this was because I didn’t have a Bachelor’s degree. I resolved this deficiency by obtaining a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix in 2002 while maintaining a full time job and a 3.79 GPA. Many of my past professors and employers have commented positively on my accounting abilities. A Little Bit About Me...

As a graduate students at the University of Utah at the Economics department, and also as a Civil Engineer I have been exposed to many professional presentations to explain technical projects, as well as theoretical topics especially at graduate level where different economics perspectives have to be explained. Finally as a Civil Engineer I have had the chance to develop my math skills with courses such as: Calculus I, II, III and Differential Equations, and Statistics.
