My teaching style all depends on the subject and the student. Everyone learns differently. Unfortunately, the public school system seems to disagree with that. I begin by assessing the type of learner you are and from there I pick my teaching style. I have experience in and outside of the classroom in all of the fields I listed. While studying abroad in Spain this last spring I volunteered as an English tutor at a local elementary/high school. I helped the students learn to read, write and speak English and while I was there I got the opportunity to teach some lessons to students ranging form 4-18 years of age. I have also tutor two young girls from my neighborhood in elementary math, reading and writing last summer. I like to teach in any style if its one on one or group tutoring lesson. Either way I can help the student and help them individually with their work and have them work on what they need help on.
