Experience Summary
With my background in the field of education, I have skills that I believe you will find helpful to you and your clients. My strongest asset is my foundational gift, which is the breakdown and sharing of information with my peers and clients, and also helping them to retrieve that information fluently enough to present it to others.
I built my skill levels around my foundational gift by taking courses and workshops pertaining to computers, peer advising, peer educating, communication skills, tutoring skills, reading skills, study skills, and student/community leadership. I also have access to a wide variety of community resources to help my peers and clients overcome some of the hurdles they encounter while striving towards their individual goals and dreams. All this information has given me many tools that prove useful to the student and community population at large.
Teaching Style
My passion is to help others obtain what they need to achieve their goals as they reach for their dreams. I am interested in utilizing the skills I have acquired during my academic and employment career journeys. I work with both children and adults, most especially with special needs. These include but are not limited to; language acquisition, special learning needs, skill acquisition. It is my desire that you out grow me and pass on to the next level.
