Jazz Dancing is one of my top subjects! I have taken and taught Jazz dancing. I have choreograph many dance numbers at recitals and competitions. I have done smooth soft Jazz and also fast up beat Jazz. I love the difference in how you can "Jazz" things up with Jazz.

My favorite styles to teach are Lyrical,Tumbling and Tap. However, I enjoy teaching every style of dance.

A Little Bit About Me...

I use humor to bring the subject matter to life, and I help the student come to her/his own understanding through discussion of the course material, encouraging her/him to take an active role in learning. I am accustomed to working with students who believe that history is boring and/or challenging. I focus on major themes and relate the material to students' lives, rather than stressing rote memorization of dates and facts (although comprehension of reading material is important).
