I've always highly valued education. As a former teacher, my quest to achieve high levels of excellence in education continued. For the past nine years, I've taught several levels of science courses. I have a Master of Science in Education and I am certified to teach Biology, Chemistry and general science. I love to teach and see the ideas light up the eyes of the person who suddenly got a concept. I think teaching should be adaptable and should fit the learning style of the student. Visual tasks, memory games, and hands-on-learning are, in my opinion, the best way to help someone truly learn (versus rote memory). I think that with the right guidance and put in the right environment, anyone can learn. I look forward to being that "right guidance."
