I am Stephen O Ojo, a Zoology graduate with 1st class hons from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. I graduated with a CGPA of 4.52/5.00. I had been a tutor in various respect for many years with so many of my stdents working in various spheres of life. I started as a Science teacher in JT Tutorial centre in Lagos, Nigeria in the year 1999 and worked for the centre till 2005 when I graduated from the college. I have taken education classes at Northern Kentucky University. At one point, I was considering on being a Art Teacher. I didn't finish with that path, but I did gain much experience with children and knowledge during that time in working with students. I have worked and studied special needs children as well. I still consider going back for a Master's at some point in education. I think this job would be beneficial in my goals, and for my students, and a great learning experience for us both.
I am not overbearing. I am laid back, but at the same time, I make sure that the student learns what he/she needs to learn. I am very patient. I try to respect the student and not make learning seem like a chore. Building a foundation of learning skills, even during a short tudoring session can really change a student's approach in all of their classes.
