My educational philosophy is strongly influenced by Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences. I approach teaching from that perspective, incorporating a variety of disciplines and media to build on a student's strengths, to have fun while learning, and to challenge areas (building new skills) where a student can benefit. I volunteered at Howard Gardner's Project Zero at Harvard to understand how to evaluate learning through qualitative and quantitative measurements.
