A Little Bit About Me...

I have completed over 1,000 field experience hours working with students with special needs throughout the course of receiving my special education degree. During these experiences, I have worked with many different students with a wide variety of disabilities and learning difficulties ranging from ADD/ADHD to students with severe needs such as autism and Down syndrome. Throughout my experiences, I have created and implemented lessons and behavior management interventions to address each students individual needs and goals outlined in his/her IEP. Interactive to show students how learning can be fun. I typically include a game in sometime I'm doing, to either grasp their attention or give them something to look forward to, or a little of both.
