My comments on tutoring Physics : I teach: Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Work- Power- Energy, Gravitation, Mechanical and Thermal properties, Properties of Liquid, Simple Harmonic Motion, Waves, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Magnetism, Electromagnetic Induction, Alternating Current, Ray Optics, Wave Optics, Dual nature of wave and Particles, Atoms and Nuclei.
I take pride in my teaching methodology, my presentation and communication skills and the way I make subject easily understandable. I firmly believe that explaining the basics and making it understood is the most essential aspect of coaching. I ensure it by asking simple conceptual questions after the class and by gradually increasing the level of complexity. I proceed only when I am sure that fundamentals have been understood completely. I start every class by refreshing covered topics and ensuring that student knows the steps used to solve problems. I start with easier questions/ numerical and increase level of difficulty stepwise. I guide in such a way that student themselves arrives at the correct answer, their confidence builds up, and they become passionate and engaged with subject and finally master it.
